Our contractor service is designed to help you based on the level of contractor help you need.  If you will be general contracting and need help locating qualified sub trades we can provide potential bidders with references.  If you will not be general contracting, but need the services of a qualified general contractor, then we can provide you with  potential general contractors with references to handle your complete project.  We operate our contractor service throughout all of North America (USA and Canada). 

It is important to keep in mind that the only non-conventional part of our homes is the log walls, and this part (the log walls) are fully prefabricated. What does this mean --- it means that you do not need specialized log home builders to put our homes together.  This will save you money and make it easier to locate trades.  We regularly work with carpenter trades and contractors with no log home experience --- the important point is in selecting capable contractors with good references
